Eve x Alfredo alla Scrofa

To celebrate one year since the launch of Eve’s new Italian concept, we are delighted to host an extraordinary collaboration with one of Rome’s most iconic restaurants: Alfredo alla Scrofa.

For one night only, Eve welcomes the team behind the legendary restaurant where Fettuccine Alfredo was born. For over 110 years, Alfredo alla Scrofa has been a cornerstone of Roman dining, its walls adorned with portraits of the many artists, actors and tastemakers who have dined there - all drawn by the theatre, generosity and unmistakable flavour of its cucina.

The evening will feature an exclusive six-course menu, created in collaboration with Eve’s kitchen and the chefs of Alfredo alla Scrofa. The highlight of the night will be their world-famous Fettuccine Alfredo, prepared and mixed tableside, just as it has been in Rome for generations - a true moment of culinary theatre and indulgence.
