Under Giulio’s expert guidance, you’ll learn about Italy’s most beloved pastas, using ingredients and techniques passed down through generations. Expect a fun and immersive session filled with insider tips, plenty of flour, and a generous serving of Italian hospitality.  

Once you've mastered your creations, sit back and enjoy your freshly made pasta, paired with a perfectly selected Italian wine from our curated list or a delicious alcohol-free cocktail.
